4. Massage the toes
Grasp the big toes of both feet with both hands.
Raise your feet and rub each other hard.
If the hands are rubbed at the same time, the effect is better.
You can also rub the outside of the little toe in circular motions with your hands.
So massage the little toe to help enhance memory. Massage for 2 minutes.
Lie on your back on the bed or on the floor.
Walk barefoot. Lasts 2 minutes.
